By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Services.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our Services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized access
• Comply with all applicable cybersecurity laws and regulations
• Use our security tools and services only on authorized systems and networks

As a user of our Services, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of security reports and findings
• Promptly addressing identified security vulnerabilities
• Cooperating with our team during security incidents

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Athena Guard. Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms permits you to use the Athena Guard name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

Security reports, assessments, and recommendations provided through our Services are licensed to you for your internal business use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athena Guard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other malicious code that may be transmitted through our Services

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

The following obligations survive termination:

• Payment obligations for services rendered
• Confidentiality obligations
• Intellectual property rights
• Limitation of liability provisions
